SNAPFISH GLITCH?

I have been a Snapfish user for many years and have always praised their product quality and customer support if things do go wrong. Something has obviously gone astray at Snapfish recently as the last 2 photo books have had VERY poor binding ... flimsy to say the least. So flimsy in fact that the pages are coming away from the spine. It almost looks as though it's an attempt to produce a flat-page book but there is nothing holding the pages in place. I hope this is a temporary "glitch" and the promised contact from a supervisor will occur. Customer service staff via online chat are obviously trained to give certain responses, including apologies BUT I do not wish to spend a lot of time and money producing books to have them fall apart. I'm not sure if anybody else has had this recent problem but the deterioration in quality of the binding certainly alarmed me. The reproduced images remain a high quality, especially in full gloss. Come on Snapfish, you promote "turning your photos into keepsakes". In this case the "keepsake" was barely a month old before pages and back cover came adrift!

do your research that company rates very badly on most sights

Recieved my recent order of a photo book late on Friday 6 May 2022 and to say i was very disapointed in the product would be an understatement if i could rate the product and thier follow up service at minus 10 it still would not be low enough. This photo book was for a very special occasion on Saturday 7 May so when i arranged the book i was carefull to make sure that all photos were clear and faces could be seen, even going to the point of printing some pics at home to see what worst quality would be like, what i recieved was not even close to what was presented to me in the preview the contrast had been changed on most pics and some were so dark you could not make out faces at all. On the following Monday i spoke with a customer service person who could not resolve my issue and told me they would pass it on to a higher level and i would get an email in 24 - 48 hours. Three days latter i am still waiting to be contacted by them, finally i recived a email from them telling me it was MANDATORY i folow thier instructions ....... i dont see that word anywhere in thier terms and conditions. it is obvious they are running cuustomer service from an offshore service centre who could not care less about the customer and thier satisfaction with the company but are in place to ensure thatany and all problems are swept under the carpet. if this is the quality and customer service i can expect from snap fish i will not be using them in the future they are not the only fish in the sea.

HUGE THUMBS DOWN!

I've ordered from these guys a few times before, and although the quality hasn't been the best, I've still given them a few chances.
Never again though.
They offer express shipping, then when the order doesn't arrive in time, they claim it's because of covid (even though I had 2 items arrive from other businesses that I'd ordered from days after I ordered from Snapfish!!!) and that they can't refund for the express shipping because of that.
Why even offer it? I know why; so you can steal people's money.
All I wanted was a refund on the express shipping amount since I paid for something I didn't receive, not the actual products I purchased.
I won't be using them ever again and I'll be letting everyone I know not to use them either.
Such a shady way to do business.
Also going to point out their employee named 'Prathyusha' who claimed she would send through my concerns to the level above and that I'd hear back from them within 24-48 hours, but decided to email me herself about 15 minutes later claiming she'd contacted them and they can't give a refund.
I asked for the details for the appropriate people I'll need to correspond with to take it further and all of a sudden I hear nothing back.
I've got screenshots of our entire interaction.
I'm just hoping they don't do anything else shady and cancel my order before it arrives, then claim they can't refund because it was lost in transit or something because at this point, I wouldn't put it past them!

I ordered two photo books for my sister…

I ordered two photo books for my sister for Christmas. I had previously order the exact two books (one a few weeks before and the other a few years before). When I received my order, both books had many blank pages.
I was not happy with my order as they were for Christmas presents. I contacted Snapfish and was advised to email them with copies of the books which I did. I still have not received any reply. I am very disappointed with Snapfish. I would like my books to be reprinted. I have used Snapfish for years and have been happy with the service provided until now.

Delay in arrival of item sent by express post

I have always found Snapfish products to be really good quality and prompt in arriving. I recently made a present for a Golden Wedding and paid a premium for express post to ensure it arrived before the date (which it was scheduled to). It's now over 3 weeks since it was sent by Snapfish and two weeks since the anniversary. The tracking messages from the courier have given me at least four successive dates for expected delivery and the latest is on Friday this week but I'm not hopeful given the last few. I understand the current problems but a similar parcel sent ordinary mail from Victoria after this one, arrived days ago. I just think Snapfish should be aware of this as it affects the impression of their service. It has been disappointing and I won't be opting for "express" delivery in future.

Always great quality printing and…

Always great quality printing and products, I have been using Snapfish for some time now and with their great quality and monthly discounts making them very affordable to anyone. Also their quick dispatch of items is great. I will continue to use them into the future.

Loved my photo book

Loved my photo book. Easy to arrange photos how I wanted them. The final product was high quality and will certainly be ordering more in the future. Fast processing and quick delivery so highly recommend Snapfish.
