I have all sorts of problems with this program. It works for a while then it won't download anything. Then it works and then it refuses to locate a file or download it when I have downloaded from there hundreds of times. It does not seem to be a reliable program where it works all the time. Here lately it has been unfunctional more than functional.

Initial error message was solved, but a new one appeared and I am not able to use the app for downloading youtube videos.

It's working well untill you can't download anything anymore. You will get this message everytime you want to download youtube video: "Video/audio not found, please make sure that the link is valid and the video has not been
removed. If the video is private or age-restricted, please use the in-built browser to download it."

Snap Downloader used to rank high on my list. I rarely had issues until recently. Now, I'm lucky if I can download on any given day. Because I depend on this feature for school, I found another app that has proven time after time, to download what Snap Downloader cannot do.
I did install the latest update. The problem still exists. Didn't support read my email?!

The nature of the task that the software is designed to perform means that there will be periodic difficulties due to the changing technology of the host sites. These issues are always dealt with swiftly, and with users being kept fully informed.
The software is very effective, and easy to use.

I appreciated when I communicated an issue with the company, they responded directly to me and resolved the issue I was experiencing.
A good sign for a company that cares about its customers and its product

I've used several video download apps. In my opinion, SnapDownloader happens to be of the best of them, and the one I depend on. 'Best' in terms of user interface which is clear and easy to use, and consistency in that it works almost all of the time. In fact if it stops downloading videos, inevitably because of a video-host protocol change, there's a new version of SnapDownloader within a day or so. I've been using the app for a few years with success. The others I've used are Aimersoft, and VideoDownloadHelper more recently, which isn't bad as an alternative but operates specifically within Firefox.

Fast and competent client support - For my purposes Snapdownloader speed up my workflow. I release music, but its released to anonymous channels, so in the past i was creating the same videos using my own content once more. Now i can download my content (Childrens Music, for sleeping - Lullaby Family) and upload it to my branded channels

This is such a good app. I highly recommend it. I've been using it almost daily.
The support when I hit a problem ( my own fault) is super fast, even on a Sunday .

The program works perfectly and quickly. It saved all the videos I wanted to download to the pc without any errors. I had a problem with a function and the service helped me quickly and competently. The contact is very friendly.

Customer service really goes out of their way to respond & make sure any issues you may be dealing with are resolved asap.

Screen stuck on "Download starting" all day!
Caused me an inordinate amount of stress and anxiety as I need this for work.
Been emailing them *all day* - they're so arrogant they don't even acknowledge receipt of the email.
Just dreadful piece of software - full of bugs and not worth the money!
I won't be renewing!

I,ve been using SnapDownloader for several years now and have nothing but praise for it's terrific audio/video quality results.It is simple to use and cheap to buy.
I had a small error problem last week after downloading update which was resolved quickly and efficiently.
I highly recommend this product and the back up service that goes with it.

I really loved the app and the way it works, getting high speed multiple downloads at the same time. And also if there’s any problem while using the app, I get instant resolution by just dropping a mail to customer support of the problem I face while using the app. They resolve the issue quickly without any major delays. Really loved the overall experience.
Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a video downloader.

Firstly, the programme works very well and delivers top quality downloads very easily.
Secondly, recently there was a problem for me downloading YouTube clips. Very soon after contacting Snapdownloader Customer Support - actually not really expecting attention, after my experiences with other companies - I was surprised to receive an email telling me that they think they've fixed the recent problem and to download the programme again. SnapDownloader is a fast full featured video downloader.

Works great, provides several options for video and audio downloads and process entire playlists of multimedia if needed. The support team is quick to respond to requests for new features. Highly recommended.
