To clarify, my feedback reflects the nature of the placement as it presented from the outset, rather than changes that developed later. Although no formal complaint was made during the placement, this should not be interpreted as confirmation that the role was an appropriate or sustainable match. The parent knew the child had other behaviour difficulties and did not include it in the information. And when I brought this up to you, as a company I would’ve thought you would’ve investigated and ask why it was not mentioned.

My intention in leaving a review was to share an honest account of my experience, and I hope it contributes to ongoing reflection and improvement.

My experience with SnapCare has been amazing right from the very start. Rachael dealt with my application and I couldn't find fault if I tried. During my initial interview with Rachael she was so friendly and it made it so much easier and less nerve wracking to interview. There was no question I asked during the process that was too much, I was never waiting around for a response to any communication. Rachael really did go above and beyond, even calling me on her day off to give me good news !

I have been working with SnapCare since 2020 and have had 3 successful placements so far. They truly list the most awesome and caring families available for us employees!

It is always a pleasure, and I know that every time I am looking for a job that supports me, makes me feel appreciated and rewarded for my hard work I apply to one of their vacancies! Kamila, Rachael, and Jade were my consultants and I have always had the best professional interactions with them (compared to other agencies).

If you are looking for an exceptional recruitment agency that puts SEN families at the heart of everything they do, look no further. The care and compassion taken when placing families and nannies together and ensuring that everything is in place to ensure that both parties are happy and safe. Every member of the team at SNAP has been beyond friendly and supportive. My biggest thanks goes to Natasha. She has held my hand through every stage of finding my perfect role. She provided exceptional guidance and was always available to listen and guide me. Thank you does not cover how supported I felt.

Fully positive experience with Snap Care. The whole process moved extremely quickly, with contact made the same day I submitted an application for a job. Each step of the interview process was clearly outlined and each stage had a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
I have been well informed from the minute I applied for the job and have been contacted since the job commenced to make sure everything is going well.

I've been very relieved with Snap Care. Not only have they connected me with a wonderful family that are flexible, is positively challenging, has a fantastic hourly rate - they did it in under a month! I have been working directly with Jade from Snap Care who has been amazing with communication, facilitating the process and has regularly been checking in with me on how it's going. Can 100% recommend Snap Care.

I have benefited from services from SNAP for many many years; all the staff in the team has always been courteous, highly professional and very skilled at their jobs. In the many occasions where SNAP placed staff with the families I was collaborating with, I have witnessed a very attentive and compassionate service both toward the families and also toward the candidates. Hi all! Snap care is a great company. Within about 8 weeks they found me a family. Everything happened so fast i got on well with the family first time i met them, am still with them and everything is going so well.

I have tried other nanny jobs in the past and have not gotten anywhere with them but snap care have giving me a great opportunity in the nanny field. So now i am building up experience. Sally and her team ARE lovely people who even take time out to check on the clients and the family i have nothing bad to say about snap care. They do not waste peoples time very professional and understanding people.

Very very bad people. Not reliable at all. They just waste ur time. They interviewed me and liked me in interview and then said that they will arrange a meeting with the family. They put me on hold for two months for a job and keep sending me email that they will fix my meeting with the family( keep giving me hope that I am very suitable candidate for this job)
Finally they fix a meeting with the family and exactly one day before they sent me an email that they have selected an other candidate.
I won’t recommend them to any one

We paid 900 GBP for Snap Care to find an assistant in school. After one month we still hadn't received one CV that we wanted to interview. Instead of apologizing and refunding our advance, they kept on pretending that they were looking for someone. The requirements were never met, and finally we cancelled their services, which cost us 900 good pounds. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this company.
