A company full of crooks and conmen. I ordered a Halo cordless vacuum - a good UK brand- from their website. But delay after delay, changing excuses, some in German, prompted me to cancel my order and demand a full refund of £179. Next I knew I received a Royal Mail tracking number and a Chinese mini cordless vacuum was delivered on 4 April.
I have alerted my credit card company to the scam and hope they do the necessary to block future oayments.
Absolutely do not bother with this company or vacuum cleaners
Purchase of a cordless vacuum cleaner and delivery was fine until the flexible hose connecting the pipe to the foot broke. It is located in a place where you cannot fix even temporarily with trusty old gaffa-tape. Contacting the company was very positive at first and they offered to send a new foot for the vacuum cleaner. Low-and-behold, the foot wasn't available through the supplier but I could order a new one through Snapbuy website for £40. They offered to reimburse me £40 to pay for the foot. Not being born yesterday, I didn't order the foot and of course the £40 never turned up. I have chased and chased and are continuingly told we're processing the refund.

Honiture hoover and this company. AVOID.
I bought the honiture hoover and was really pleased with it for a month, then the hose split so it lost suction. Contacted customer services who said they'd contact the manufacturer and get back to me. After numerous emails I haven't heard a word. 6 weeks without a hoover and £179 down. Customer service is awful. Would definitely not recommend this company or products.
Safety hazard
I purchased the Honiture X7 vacuum cleaner from Snapbuy UK a year ago, and while the vacuum itself has been great, the charger nearly caused a fire and put myself and those around me in serious danger. After using the charger, I noticed it was overheating, and I could smell burning. It was a terrifying experience that could have resulted in a major fire.
When I reached out to both Snapbuy and Honiture, I was shocked by their refusal to provide a replacement charger under warranty. To make matters worse, I was told that you can't purchase a replacement charger anywhere, as confirmed by two electricians I consulted.
It's incredibly disappointing that these companies don't take responsibility for faulty, potentially dangerous products. I'm still waiting to see if they'll honor their warranty and replace the charger, but at this point, I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from either Snapbuy or Honiture. I can’t trust these companies with my safety, and I’d advise others to steer clear.

I also didn’t get the x7, I tried the vacuum I was sent, Snapbuy and it constantly clogs up and is very poor quality. I have sent it back, it was bought using Amazon but I doubt I will get anything from the company. Maybe something from Amazon, don’t know but they shouldn’t allow such bad companies on their site.

Appalling company with terrible customer service
I bought a cordless upright vacuum cleaner from this company having seen it appear at number one on a top 10 review list.
I ordered the item at the top of the review list which was model X7 but they delivered a model VAC01 without any comment or any suggestion that it was an exact replacement model. In my opinion this is an inferior product as I have seen it for a cheaper price on several other websites.
I sent four emails in four working days asking for them to clarify the situation and they did not give me the courtesy of any reply whatsoever, despite them saying that they pride themselves in customer service.
I refuse to phone their premium rate helpline because Why should I be penalised with further costs for their deliberate deception. I can also see from other reviews that this company does not give a flying fig regarding any customer service request.
In the meantime, I see that the website reviewing and recommending this product from Snapbuy is actually owned and operated by Snapbuy UK themselves.
Companies house show that Snapbuy has only been trading for just over 12 months - I firmly believe that this is 12 months too long already!!

Why oh why oh why do i never learn. So stupid.
i always foget to check scamming companies on here. Been with a virus and was not thinking clearly this time. I like another reviewer saw a top ten best vacuum product and STUPIDLY ordered thinking it was legit!. However i tried to cancel within 10 minutes as it was much cheaper on amazon. it was supposed to be from Germany, but i worked out very quickly that it was all a scam. i emailed like dozens of cancellations within next 4 days and tried to call them. The phone number was not even in german language.
They just messaged me and said oh we will give you 20% to keep it, despite it has not even been sent.
five minutes later get an email to say oh it is going to be a further 8 days as delayed and we will message you when it has shipped
i sent another 3 or 4 heated emails as i knew they were scammers. Taking the payment within a few hours from my accout in the early hours of the morning told me everything
Then five minutes later ive just recieved another reply to tell me the shipment has been sent. they sent me a yodel tracking number! i checked it but of course i knew it was fake! and it was.
So i will now have to go to my bank after 14 days of the transaction (27.12.25) to report and wait for refund. i am mad at myself as this generates costs for us as UK Citizens. I Cannot even guess the billions of pounds that get scammed from us every day but mostly over christmas! Im going to make a promise to myself to check every single thing i buy online which is a ball ache as i order so much! Ok maybe i will make a promise to order a lot less online!! There maybe legit snapbuy but do NOT ORDER FROM SNAPBUY UK OR SNAPBUY USA as i kept getting different emails. OH then i got an email which said Vendor Tammy and company MORRIONE!! I purchased an item that was late in arriving, I emailed them several times, I was polite on every occasion as i understand that things can get delayed that are beyond your control. Not once have they replied to me. I have messaged the courier company and my parcel has gone adrift. They have asked I contact Snap buy which I did and again no reply. They have zero customer support services or after sales care. I can't get hold of them, I have had no response. They have my money and I am without my product. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing anything from this company.... Think twice .

Awful company. Vacuum stopped working after 2 goes. Have been trying to get a replacement or money back for 3 months. I've sent videos, photos, I've done all the tests requested nothing works. Now they've sent me a new roller end to try when I've already told them nothing works. Such a shame as the twice it worked it was good. Don't waste your money buying from them.

The extra battery was incorrect and I have been unable to return it. NO ONE replies to emails and when I eventually had a reply they told me that my return was under review. I have heard nothing since. Be careful when you buy something from this company, no after sales service at all and worryingly unhelpful. What's going on?? Dodgy?

On 5th Sept 2024 I ordered a Vacuum Pro (£179.90), I received a Buture JR700 (£138). Interestingly Buture vacuum cleaners are not advertised on Snapbuy uk website.
I sent an email asking how I should return my vacuum cleaner and get a refund. The response was to send it back then they will refund me.
Having read many reviews made by Snapbuy customers I decided that was not an option so I contacted my credit card company disputes team, they refunded me £179.90. However I had to wait 90 days to confirm it would not be clawed back if Snapbuy uk appealed, they did not.
I now have an unwanted vacuum cleaner to return to Snapbuy uk in Germany after my postage has been paid.

Update 26th February 2025
Since the above entry I contacted the Consumer Advice Centre UK, they referred me to the Department of UK International Consumer Centre who contacted their counterparts in Germany where Snapbuy are based in Munich. Six weeks later the German equivalent of Consumer Advice confirmed Snapbuy haven't responded to them either. They have advised me to keep the product, especially as my bank have reimbursed me in full.
I have been fortunate to get my money back and still have the product, even though I don't really wish to keep it. Perhaps it'll come in handy cleaning my car interior.
