Good candy, could use better customer service
Well, let's start with the good. iKiosk has a lot of options, and is frequently getting new stock. The delivery is also very fast.
The bad... They'll run out of some of the stuff I've bought and have to make substitutions. This isn't an issue, except for when they don't actually tell me they've made a substitution, such as the last order I made for Reeses Pieces Hearts, in which they replaced all of them with regular Reeses Hearts. I sent them a message about it, and they said I could return them and send a pdf of a shipping label. This is probably not an issue for most people, but I'm disabled and cannot repackage them on my own, let alone carry a box to a post office. I said as much, but I haven't gotten a response.
Additionally, I don't think they're very observant when reading orders. They very nearly sent me full sugar versions of a diet soda I bought for a diabetic family member (I caught this because they told me they didn't have enough of the full sugar version and asked if they could replace it with diet... which is what I ordered in the first place). I also asked for cherry crush as a substitution for something they didn't have, and they sent me cherry limeade crush, which I didn't notice in time to ask for the correct item.
Overall, most of my experiences have been pretty good, but after the recent issues I've had, I think I will probably find a different website to get my American candy nostalgia from.
