This website is a joke, customer support is basically nonexistent. This is why Amazon will always be better, heck even walmart is better. You can't cancel or change the address.
I ordered three items on April 28th, I only had one address on my account that was set as the primary address, but somehow it used my old address even though I never typed it in. Contacted customer support TWICE, was told they'd get back to me in 2 business days and I have yet to hear a word from them. Basically lost money on a delivery I never received because the site is such a joke.

Ordered custom variety chips box. Quality of chips tasted stale and gross. One chip bag opened, not all chips shown on website available. Delivery took 4 weeks! Not a good experience

It came early, only a few days after I ordered it. They have a decent amount of options and it is perfect for people that don’t want to pay for a big box of chips when they won’t eat half of them.

About 2 weeks ago I ordered a 12 pack of rold gold pretzels from this company. I assumed that they had it in stocks from me purchasing the item but they did not have it. Snacks.com took my money and told me that they would send a confirmation number. They did not send it and I found out about them not having the item in an email from them a week after I ordered it which is when I should have received the product. I was hoping to give this company a positive review.
