Best hydrating flask
I honestly love the flask. I have gone from drinking no water to 2l a day with it! It keeps my water cool and it doesn't sweat or drip. It is easy to use, open and wash. It fits in my cup holder in the car and at the gym so is very convenient.
Delivery was overnight to Johannesburg and my box had a few extra samples to make my day!

Their gut health sodas are amazing. Not only do they taste great and are low cal, but all the things inside that are helping to rid my body from inflammation seem to be working. I've replaced my daily energy drink with one of their drinks and am feeling like I have so much more energy without all the nasties that are in an energy drink. You should definitely try it!
