Initially

Initially, I was quite skeptical about the kind of customer support I would receive from smsgatewayhub. However, their team member Sanjay sir truly exceeded my expectations. His articulate communication, deep knowledge, and hands-on experience made the entire DTL process much easier to understand. From guiding me step-by-step to offering extra assistance, he helped simplify the challenges and made me feel confident working with smsgatewayhub. I strongly recommend that smsgatewayhub continue to nurture such value-adding professionals who build trust and comfort for new clients right from the start.

We've been using SMSGATEWAYHUB for over…

We've been using SMSGATEWAYHUB for over a year now, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The real-time delivery reports are incredibly helpful for tracking campaign performance, and the DLT compliance process was smooth and well-guided. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable—especially when it comes to enterprise needs like SOC 2 documentation and sender ID registration. Pricing is competitive, and the platform is stable even during high-volume sends. Highly recommended for businesses looking for reliable, compliant SMS communication in India.

Money scam fraudulent company

I have been associated with SMSGATEWAYHUB TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD as a RESELLER since 2019. I specialize in developing customized solutions for Tally Accounts Software, and one aspect of the solutions I provide to my clients involves triggering SMS notifications for specific transactional activities. To facilitate this service, I have partnered with SMSGATEWAYHUB, regularly purchasing SMS packs in bulk, and distributing them among my clients. Initially, the support provided by SMSGATEWAYHUB was commendable, up until the beginning of this year.

On 17-10-2023, my SMS balance was at 56,000+ credits, and I transferred 50,000 credits to one of my clients who began using transactional SMS regularly. However, on December 1, 2023, SMSGATEWAYHUB implemented some changes, causing my clients' SMS program to cease functioning. Upon seeking support, I was informed that this was due to a server issue, and assurances were given that it would be resolved soon.

Since then, I have been consistently reaching out through emails and WhatsApp messages for support. Unfortunately, responses have been elusive. When I contact support via email, I'm directed to my account manager, who, in turn, advises me to reach out to the technical team. After 27 days of this back-and-forth, I received a response stating that a new policy has been implemented. According to this policy, resellers are required to keep making purchases/recharges, even if their credits are sufficient. Failure to comply results in a reset of all balances to zero, and this was indeed carried out.

I raised concerns, pointing out that as per your portal, I, as a reseller, had sold 50,000 SMS to my client (who is also a client of SMSGATEWAYHUB). I had invoiced and collected payment for these SMS, so resetting my balance to zero seemed illogical.
Their response advised me to understand how the reseller system works globally, stating that nothing is lifetime guaranteed in this era. I find this advice unsatisfactory and am seeking a resolution to this issue.

I am summarizing the scenario again: I purchased 1 Lakh SMS credits in bulk in February 2022. I sold the first lot of 50,000 SMS in the same month and the remaining 50,000 as the second lot in October 2023. Everything was working smoothly until it suddenly stopped. Upon inquiry, I received the response that, as I had not regularly recharged my RESELLER/PARTNER SMS, they had reset all my SMS balances to zero. Consequently, my client's SMS balance also became null. According to them, this action aligns with their new policy and terms & conditions for Resellers.

In the meantime, they replied, stating that their server had crashed and provided a new URL for future use. However, with this new URL, we are unable to retrieve any old transaction details between SMSGATEHUB and Resellers, and subsequently, between Resellers and their Clients. They have removed all those transactional details and reset them to null.

According to their company's policy and terms & conditions, if you, as a reseller, purchase 1 crore SMS and subsequently sell the same 1 crore SMS to end customers, then within three months, if you fail to make a purchase from SMSGATEWAYHUB, they will reset the customer's SMS balance to ZERO, even if they have 99 lakhs SMS balances. This will result in the discontinuation of SMS forwarding for their transactions. How nicely designed is the company policy, isn't it?

To those reading this post, I am seeking your perspective on the logical and ethical aspects of this situation. I find it challenging to comprehend their stance, especially given their confident reply asserting that this is how the entire reseller system operates. I am genuinely perplexed, wondering if I missed something or if what they are claiming is indeed the right course of action.
Please share your insights and enlighten me on whether their actions align with logical and ethical business practices.

Awful experience

Like another person said on this forum, we too were using SMSGatewayHub but yesterday they have stopped service without any prior notification to its customers which has led to a complete stoppage of our business related tasks. Awful service with very BAD customer support.

Worst customer service

We have been using SMSGatewayHub SMS and OTP services from couple of years. We didn't face any problem after configuring the Services but today (at the time of writing this review) there services are down from last 12 hours. They have not given any prior notification of downtime. There support team and sales team is highly UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE people.
VERY VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
Instead of providing any solution, there sales team is asking, For how long are you using the SMS Gateway Hub Services.
I mean, Seriously, You are not giving SMS for free. We are paying you for the services and we are expecting SMS should work for 24 hours 365 days.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I will not recommend SMSGatewayHub to anyone.
