Simon from SMR Locksmiths attended my property to change the locks after we lost our keys. He was very professional, courteous and trustworthy. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend this company. The price was also very fair.

Our front door would not open. When we did manage to open it, the door would not close!!! Simon came out within a few hours of calling him. He realigned the door and now closes very well and even the lock works better too. Would definitely recommend 👌 👍

Really helpful, quick and trustworthy

Needed to replace an old Yale night latch and dead lock on the front door of a property that just had renovation. This was the third time we used Przemek to carry out lock work on our properties. Przemek was able to accommodate a suitable time on short notice and was on time before I even got there. The work was done during the freezing weather which was not ideal. However both locks were replaced accurately. Przemek went the extra length to realign our door knocker as well.,All in all a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Very pleasant professional. Highly recommend

Extremely happy with the service SMR Locksmiths provided. Our key had snapped off inside the lock so we were unable to leave the house without being locked out. SMR extracted the key quickly and provided other useful tips on improving lock security and door maintenance. They arrived at the time they said they would and were very straightforward and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Simon at SMR Locksmiths came to change our locks when we moved into our new home. I really cannot fault the service received - he was efficient, informative, polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

Our tenants reported that the door lock was being temperamental and were worried that they would end up either locked in or out of the flat. Simon was able to come the next day. We corresponded by email, sending photos of the locks, he was able to give us a preliminary quote/assessment of what he expected would be required. In the end, only one of the locks needed changing and he was able to service the other meaning the final bill was about £50 less which is always a great thing :). Highly recommend.

Simon at SMR Locksmiths came to help us replace a key lock in our house. When we first called him, he made a very good impression as he has a very friendly and "I can help you" attitude. He explained our options very clearly (price vs benefits), booked a slot quickly to come and install the lock. When he arrived, he was very presentable, friendly (again! :)) and professional. He also went the extra mile of checking other locks (even when we didn't expect him to do so!), addressing if anything needed a quick fix, giving us advice and guidance.
