Being not very computer literate I found the setting up a bit daunting but the help via WhatsApp was very good.
Setting up on a smartphone or tablet was more complicated than installing on smart TV as you need to install and pay for a separate app. i.e. IB Player pro and there seems to be various apps with similar names and logos.
Smooth Stream won't work if I have my Nord VPN active and occasionally it freezes. On the plus side the picture and sound quality is very good and mostly it works fine
Bear in mind you can have Smooth Stream on various devices but if anyone wants to watch a different channel at the same time you have to have a separate subscription.
Like with many other similar streaming service there are literally thousands of channels to choose from and I'm sure I won't ever watch more than a tiny fraction of them.
Overall I would say Smooth Stream is very good value and the technical support I got was excellent.
