Foundation/Customer Svc: Zero Stars
I ordered the foundation. It's terrible. Creases, cakes, does not blend well, overly thick, does not match my skin tone, has a strong unnecessary fragrance. I could go on.
That would just be one thing based on my own *opinion*, but the customer service is not great either. That's pretty factual.
I've been trying to get assistance with the money back guarantee, and can't seem to get a response at all, no matter the method . Maybe they're just waiting until my return window closes, I don't know.
Yet, I'm still getting around three promotion emails and requests for reviews about my order on a daily basis. Interesting.
Also, never received my free "bonus gift" with my order. As trivial as that sounds, it just seems to be a part of their many unfulfilled promises.
Smooche.... just UGH, all around.
Definitely WAS too good to be true.

For some reason my on line connection…
For some reason my on line connection was not working well and I ended up ordering and paying twice. I was not happy about that as I had sent an email as soon as I realised but then GENREV got hold of my email and fixed the problem with my order 570069. I am most grateful to GENREV. I really like the product as does my husband who is using it for uneven skin tone.

Pretty sure this is a scam. Ordered some of the foundation weeks ago and it’s still not been dispatched. The orders page is just stuck on “we are processing your order”. I also emailed customer services as the website quotes 1-2 days for dispatch, but no response, and yet they still took my money!! Not impressed! AVOID!!
