ordered 5 items on May 13th and i received a email detailing my purchase including a tracking number. 5 days later i received a alert on my phone saying this package was delivered but no packages ever showed up. I talk with management at my apartments and went over the surveillance footage at the mailroom and didn’t see the postal worker deliver any type of packages that day. I got a bit confused about the matter so i went to the usps website to see the tracking history on the item and it finally made sense. The tracking number i received was either fake or mixed up with an old ordered from someone else because the item they supposedly sent said it was delivered on April 30th which don’t make any sense cause i made this purchase two weeks later. I’ve tried contacting them over n over by email and phone text messages but they simply just refuse to help. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS M. Be aware buyers

I place my order. It took 3 weeks for it to even be shipped. When I got it, they sent me the wrong thing. I had to pay more for for the color I wanted and did not even receive the right thing. Wasted alot of time and money. Do not recommend.

Decent products however Customer service literally does not exist at this company. I have ordered two separate times now. My First order they canceled 80% of it after I paid the without any option to choose a different product or cancel entire order. I ended up paying more for shipping than the only product they actually sent me. And to top it all off it wasn’t even the same product shown on their site. I emailed customer service and still have never gotten a response. Decided to give them a second chance recently because everybody deserves a second chance right? 1 of the 3 glass pieces shows up shattered in 2 pieces however everything was nicely bubble wrapped and the box containing the order was in pristine condition. Common sense and basic understanding of physics leads me to believe that it was wrapped and put in the box broken. Again I emailed “customer service” about the issue and Still have never gotten a response from either attempt and they don’t answer the phone

It was my first time ordering. The products I purchased were exactly what the site showed and described! Great quality of the glass, the products were packaged perfectly and discreet! Not one crack, break or bump on anything! Thank you for such great service! The hubby loves everything and we will definitely be purchasing again!

I had received my oil burner. The bowl part of oil burner broke right after I unpacked it the glass was so thin I just barely touched it and broke. The stem is very durable. It must have been a defective oil burner.

I ordered some products from SmokingCats around Christmas time. I was expecting my package to be late because of the holidays, but I even got it a day earlier than i was quoted! Awesome service!
