Poor Customer Service & Quality

I was excited to receive my cocktail smoker and wood chips conveniently stored in a carry case. The first time I used it I took it to a friends and the latch on the case broke. I reached out to Customer Service and while they understood my disappointment they offered no solution to rectify the situation but did ask what I would like done. I asked for a replacement case and they said they no longer had that set available. They are currently selling a new model of this set and I requested that case. They said this was not possible either. I then asked for some extra wood chips to compensate the money I spent on a case that was broken and they have gone no contact even though I have followed up several times. You can tell a lot about a company's ethics when they don't stand behind their own product. It seemed like there could have been a simple and quick solution to resolve this, but their was no concern for customer satisfaction.

Do Not Order From This Company

If there was an option for no stars, I would select that...ordered from them on Nov 15th. On Dec 10th I emailed asking the status of the order-no response to my email. Online tracking information shows no information. Steer clear of this company.

They don't care.

Ordered from this company on December 8. By the 19th, I emailed them as to the status of my order. No response. I emailed them again today (Christmas Eve) as to my order status. Not sure I'll get a response.

Smoky-Cocktail is an Unethical Company

I ordered and paid for 1 Smoker for drinks - Infusion kit + E-book offered × 1and APPLE WOOD × 1 in February. I received an email confirmation of my order. It is April and I have not received the item nor a refund. I have made several attempts at getting help via email and their website. Only to be met by an automated assistant saying my ORDER #33995 cannot be found. Then I received another message asking me to double check that my email is correct. Yes. It is correct it is the very email I received the original confirmation that the order was placed and being prepared.

Your business practices appear to be unethical. There are hundreds of smokers available on the market and I chose you. And I get bad business practices for my choice.

Anyone looking for a smoker - stay clear of this company. Save yourself money and aggravation.

Missing item

I ordered from this company and when i received the order, an item was missing. Several emails and using the contact on their web page, they finally responded and offered to send out the missing item plus i could choose two extra woodchips at no extra cosycas an apology. Still not received ant the company is not responding to my emails. Disgusting way to run a business, taking money and not supplying items ordered

I would like to update you on the above review.
This issue has now been sorted out by Gregory at the Smoking-Cocktail team. I had plenty of information from him on a replacement item being sent out, delivery times etc and also checking that the item had arrived and in good order.
Many thanks to Gregory for sorting this issue out.

Missing Item

I ordered a kit, torch and extra chips. When I received my order, it was missing the torch. I emailed them and got notification that my emails were not being delivered to their server. I then proceeded to contact through the website form and received an automated email response stating that they received my message and would contact me but I have yet to get a hold of anyone. Still no response.

Shipping took quite a long time. Did not get what I paid for.

Shipping took quite a long time. When it arrived, it was short the extra Cherry wood chips I had ordered and paid for. I contacted the company. They were very apologetic, said they would ship them right out. Gregory said the same thing a month later…now another month down the road and STILL nothing. Originally I was going to give one as a gift and order another - - yeahhh…,not going to order anything ever again, Expect to get less than you order and pay for. REALLY angry with this scam company and their false apologies.

Brilliant customer service!

The customer service is nothing short of amazing. The team are highly attentive and reliable. The product was super exciting to receive as it’s a novelty however can definitely set a wow factor experience at your next dinner party. Will definitely keep stocked up - tastes great too! I would recommend with a Gold Rush cocktail however they do provide a recipe book of cocktails you can make which is also really fun. Did someone say cocktail masterclass at home?

I believe this is a scam

I believe this is a scam - did not arrive and when I requested an update from the company they were very apologetic and stated that they would refund the whole amount straight away for me and I could still keep it if/when it arrived.
I already thought this was a strange gesture to refund the whole amount straight away without me complaining.
They then sent me another email with details of how to track it with a courier - when I clicked that link I received a warning that the site may be a scam to steal my details....Be careful!

I issued a refund for your order because it was placed on April 24th, and it is now May 18th, yet you still haven't received it. I find this situation highly unacceptable, which is why I promptly refunded you - even without you asking.

To verify the legitimacy of the shipping carrier in Australia, you can easily conduct a quick Google search on "PL Logistics in Australia." You'll find that it is indeed a genuine shipping company in Australia. Certain internet blockers can raise red flags, and it was wise of you not to click on it. I wouldn't have either.

We are a legitimate company with a registered trademark in France, and we currently have two pending trademarks in the United States. We ship out hundreds of orders every day and have round-the-clock customer support available for all our clients

I apologize if my attempt to be helpful made you doubt my positive intentions. I am passionate about my work and genuinely care about our customers.

I prioritize people over company profits, a value that is not commonly seen in today's business landscape.

Tomorrow morning, I will personally contact the shipping company in your country to investigate the status of your order, why it has been delayed, and its current location in the delivery process. I will keep you informed about any developments. If the shipping company fails to provide a satisfactory solution, I will send you a completely new order at no additional cost.

Problem solved

Initially, we had a delivery problem with our first shipping address.
It is true, that they never got to call by phone so that we could explain to the transport the exact location of our space (in this they should improve the contact system, since that is why we gave the telephone number).

But once I let Camille know about the problem, she attended me quickly and courteously. After providing a new delivery address, the shipment has been perfect.

Customer Service

I received this as a gift, and when I opened it, I noticed it was missing a piece. After a couple emails, the piece was being sent to me along with more products to enjoy. Their customer service is wonderful, and I will definitely be gifting their products to others once I try some of the recipes!
