The Company is great for the most part, and I honestly believe that they do try hard to ensure that their customers are satisfied. Not an easy task for sure!
So it makes me feel bad to post anything negative. However I feel it’s only fair that I be truthful in my latest experience.
I placed an order and I ended up having to wait several days and contact them to find out what was going on as I didn’t receive any information from them at all regarding my shipment or even that they received my payment. I was kinda disappointed because they say they will send you notification within a specific timeframe and then you will receive your shipment within a specific timeframe etc.
This has not been the case lately. When I contacted them regarding the situation I felt like I was not treated very respectfully by the one person and they never give me any help. It’s always the same thing.
You will get it when it’s updated etc.
but they are not respecting the fact that I had not received any information about my payment or anything else no tracking number and it had already been a week or almost a week if I remember correctly? Since I had paid for the order so I should have been receiving it right away not waiting to hear from them that my tracking number has not even been updated in the system yet!
And shipping has been a problem for awhile now. It’s not just due to the strikes that have happened.
Again, I appreciate that smokes Canada is a great company and they do try very hard to make their customers happy.
But they don’t seem to do enough to address the concerns or the issues or to make things right with customers who have had problems. They just say they will look into it or whatever and that’s the last thing you hear. But nothing seems to change.
It can be a little bit frustrating.
But I will stick with them for now and hopefully they will address the issues

BEWARE
BEWARE. This is a WONDERFUL company; I have had nothing but great experiences with their customer service, However, I encountered a MASSIVE glitch in their new website. After verifying the cost of my order to be $308, I clicked "complete order", and then when I got to the credit card detail confirmation page, it said the price was almost $350. Here's the kicker - there was NO indication or information WHATSOEVER that the price was going up. No option to change anything to lower the price -- NOTHING. If I hadn't caught this glitch, I would be out a tremendous amount of money. Please be aware of the price in your cart BEFORE you check out and ensure you're not paying extra!!!!!!!!!!

Crappy delivery standards
Ordering and waiting 12 to 14 days is just terrible, product and price are ok, if it isn't dried out before gets there. Just far to long to recieve orders.

This purchase was a failure
This purchase was a frustrating letdown, deserving only a 2/5 rating. Shipping took an agonizing 14 days, far too slow for standard delivery. Upon arrival, the order was missing an entire carton, which severely diminished the value of my purchase. To make matters worse, customer service tried to gloss over the issue by rebranding the missing carton I paid for as a "free" carton for my next order—a fanciful and insulting change of language that resolved nothing. Adding insult to injury, the "bonus pack" and "surprise pack" were identical, stripping away any sense of added value. Worst of all, I essentially paid $25 in shipping for just $25 worth of product, making the whole experience feel like a rip-off. Poor logistics, deceptive practices, and lackluster service make me hesitant to order again. At the end of the day this was a $45- loss for me. Be warned!

This company is wildly inconsistent with shipping. Sometimes you'll get your package in a few days, sometimes it takes more than a week. Customer care is prompt with their replies but ultimately don't resolve anything whatsoever and issue platitudes instead. I have been ordering from them for a long time and this is the last time I trust them.
Product quality is 5/10, most packs have a few dud cigarettes (broken, filters unattached, paper not sealed). I've had packs arrive bent (?!) as well.

Every time I've reached out you've ghosted me after initial contact and never once offered a solution. I've started ordering from a company that offers actual customer service. Low-quality carton after low-quality carton from your company and never so much as a discount for a future order. Why throw my money away?
