I received an empty package and submitted photos as evidence. The seller accused me of making fake claims instead of handling the matter professionally. I consider this inappropriate seller behaviour.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I bought 3 x grinders from this company. The grinders where advertised as non magnetic, when they arrived they were magnetic and not the ones advertised and described on their website. I have sent numerous emails and messages on their website requesting for a refund and they have ignored all of my messages. I strongly advise to look else if you want to buy similar products. They are a fraudulent company and can't be trusted.
I've been buying from these guys for a while and can only praise everything they do, very fast delivery and great website with lots of stock, i highly recommend these guys and will carry on using them in the future.
I come across this store from a Google search and wasn't disappointed, the store has everything you could need, great easy to use website and placing orders are easy last next working day delivery and comes packaged well and discreet. Ordered royal glass tip, elements rice papers and raw roaches, the roaches were fine, they just sent me normal elements not rice papers, and they sent me the wrong glass tip, you'll probably get your stuff but if you order raw blacks expect to get classics
