Every time I’ve been to smokemart…

Every time I’ve been to smokemart Glenorchy central I have been well looked after. Staff are always so professional and friendly. The store is always tidy and displayed well. The best around, great service will be back!

Same day delivery is hit and miss

Same day delivery is hit and miss. I've ordered over 10 times and have had to wait roughly 4hrs for the item to even be picked up by a driver. The rest of the time status stayed as booked and then arrives the next day... Why offer same day when ordered before 2pm if you can't deliver. If I knew it would come the next day I would've just got the bus to the shopping centre. No compensation or refund offered either. Pathetic

Imagine a tobacconist that NEVER has the rolling machines in stock. The friendly staff will lie to you that another smokemart has them, only to also have none when you drive there.

Same day delivery is a scam. Paid extra for same day, ordered within the correct time frames and order was not delivered same day. What a disgusting business, just out to take peoples money.

Smokemart??

Smokemart??? How about gizmo mart, you can buy drones, stereos, boombooxes but gas for refillable lighters..had us waiting for over four months, Rollie machines none in stock for over six months now! Tobacco range shrinking and only a few cents cheaper than a supermarket! Not good enough to call yourselves a tabachonist.!
