I paid $102 to SmokeATX via Zelle for…

I paid $102 to SmokeATX via Zelle for Order #2934 on May 27, 2025, expecting a Pax 3 Vaporizer Kit as confirmed in their invoice. Despite payment being received and acknowledged, the product was never shipped.

Multiple follow-up emails went unanswered or were met with a vague response claiming the order was “being investigated.” As of today, I have received no refund and no delivery.

I have filed a fraud report with my bank, the FTC, and the Better Business Bureau. This business appears to use Zelle as a way to avoid buyer protection. I strongly advise avoiding any purchase from SmokeATX.

Apologies for just finding this review here now.

We also apologize for your negative experience shopping with us. Due to us being a small business, fulfilling orders does sometimes take us more than 2-3 days - we aren't Amazon after all! 😅

However when you messaged us requesting information about your order and subsequently then asking for a refund, we did take that request seriously! The person with access and ability to refund you via Zelle was out of the country on a family matter, and therefore we did not process your refund until 6/11/25 which we do apologize for that delay in processing.

I have sent you a "request for more information" here on Trustpilot to please verify you did receive that or if we need to contact the bank to look into the matter. I would hope if you had not received it, you know you can also email us for a faster response at support@smokeatx.com
