Ordered a new Savinelli (320 whiskey) seemingly the only one left in the UK, at least online, a tin of Peterson luxury blend, a new pipe ashtray, and a new pipe travel bag. Was contacted the morning of dispatch to be informed my ashtray was unavailable but that they would be replacing it with a more expensive one, I must say, thank you so much. Rosalie was very polite and helpful.

To the 1 star review in the comments, please take no note, order was dispatched quickly, arrived the next day and everything was in perfect order. Will certainly be making more orders in future.

Have used JN Barber a few times now, with exceptional dispatch times on each occasion arriving well before the expected date. Thank you, I can't believe that there are not more reviews for this company

Excellent service; I was able to source long discontinued Falcon "Alco" bowls, including a very rare "blonde briar" bowl of the type that would have been originally fitted to my Alco Gold pipe, which was given to me be a friend who is no longer with us.
JN Barber also supplied me with a very nice Falcon International, complete with Rustic Dublin Meerschaum lined bowls- the pipe and bowls arrived the next day!
Excellent service; I would definitely recommend this company to the discerning pipe smoker.
