I recently signed up for a free trial with Smodin, hoping to explore the tool before committing. However, just one day later, they charged $120 to my account without any prior warning. I reached out immediately, requesting a refund, but they refused to process it.

This experience has left me feeling completely deceived and misled. The so-called "free trial" is nothing more than a way to trap users into paying an exorbitant fee with no recourse. I trusted Smodin, and they took advantage of it. This is not how you build customer loyalty or trust. Be cautious before giving them your payment information – you may find yourself in a similar situation.

I CAN’T LOG IN TO CANCEL MYSELF BECAUSE THE SCAMMER USED AN EMAIL I DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO! THIS IS A NIGHTMARE! SMODIN'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A TOTAL JOKE! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
