Sizing is way off and they will deny this and say their pajamas are true to size. I have never had issues with sizing to this extreme. The size 12 would fit an 8 year old, maybe! The fabric is also thin and feels cheap. Their return/exchange policy is a flat out joke and customer service takes days to respond to emails asking for help.
Maybe they do this so the short 15 day return window will pass? I do not recommend purchasing from this over priced company. Total waste of money and a headache to get my money back.

Buyer beware! I too have had an awful experience with this company. I ordered items well in advance and still have not received anything. My initial order was placed in late June. The customer service team is late to respond and won’t provide me with a full refund for my garments, it is extremely disappointing because this is the first time that I have ordered from this company, and this is the experience I’m having. Not to mention, my money was taken, and I still don’t have any items. Huge disappointment.

I placed an order on March 20 for two dresses for family pictures that were taking place on March 29. I paid an additional $20 for 2 day shipping to ensure the items arrived before picture day. It's April 3 and the items still haven't even shipped. Needless to say, I didn't receive my dresses in time for picture day and had to order from elsewhere. I don't care how cute the clothes are or how good the quality is. Taking that many days to pack an order in this day and age is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not be ordering from Smockingbird again.

Fraud company on the return policy. They didn’t mention any fees in their return policy but you will be charge shipping & restocking fee once you really return items.
Poor customer service. Will never purchase from them and won’t recommend to anyone.
