Terrible Experience
Before purchasing, I clearly asked whether the Japan LinkedIn account was fully verified. I was told that it was verified and safe to use. Based on this confirmation, I proceeded with the payment.
After payment, I received an account that was not verified.
I contacted support to clarify the issue and requested a refund because the delivered product did not match what was confirmed before purchase. Instead of offering a resolution, I was encouraged to use the account as provided.
Additionally, response times were slow. My messages were not answered promptly, which created delays and uncertainty for my business operations. When dealing with online accounts, timely communication is essential.
This experience did not meet my expectations in terms of accuracy of product description and post-purchase support.
I recommend that potential buyers confirm all details in writing and carefully review policies before making a purchase.
