Feels Like a Scam: No Refill, No Refund
I joined this platform after seeing it recommended in a YouTube video. Unfortunately, I did not do enough research about the company beforehand, and that turned out to be a mistake.
I placed Order #946532 for TikTok followers, which was advertised as "Non Drop" with a lifetime guarantee. However, my followers started decreasing shortly after delivery.
On May 7, 2026, I contacted support and was told that a refill had been added and would be completed within 48 hours. When nothing happened, I followed up again and was told on May 11, 2026, that the order would be fixed or refunded within another 48 hours.
On May 12, 2026, I contacted support again because there had been no progress. I explained my disappointment and pointed out that the promised refill had still not been completed. Despite receiving multiple assurances, no solution was provided.
Today is June 20, 2026, and more than a month has passed since my first complaint. The followers have still not been properly refilled, and I have not received the promised refund.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I still have funds remaining in my account, but there is no option to withdraw them. As a result, my money is effectively locked on the platform.
I chose this service because of recommendations I saw online, but my experience has been very disappointing. Looking back, I should have researched the company more carefully before depositing money.
Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to do their own research before using this platform and to be cautious when depositing funds.
