Very poor service and customer support
I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I placed an order for 1,000 Instagram followers (Order #45520), and the order has been stuck on “Processing” for around two days without any proper update or resolution.
I also placed another order for 1,000 followers (Order #45590). After only a few hours, the followers were automatically removed/unfollowed, so the service I paid for did not remain as expected.
I contacted their support through Telegram, but the response and handling of the issue have been disappointing. I expected them to properly check the orders and provide a clear solution, but I’m still left waiting.
The main problem isn’t just the service itself — the customer support experience is also very poor. Customers should receive timely responses and proper assistance when an order fails or remains stuck for days.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
