The picture came sooner than stated. All items were included and in good condition. The communication was good throughout the process. My only complaint is that shipping cost is high but the seller may have no control of that. Overall this has been a good experience.

Smiths Beads are a fantastic company, although I've only ordered a couple of custom diamond paintings and a light pad, I can honestly say that I have experienced the best customer service from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone without any hesitation whatsoever.

Would recommend to anyone who does not want to buy diamond painting supplies from the Chinese sellers. Service was fast, efficient and friendly, and even better they calculated the supplies I would need. International delivery was good, and all queries were answered within the hour.
