Dreadful. Fake goods. From china. Masquerading as British. Do not use

Don’t trust this site and don’t buy anything from it. The tracking number won’t work and you won’t receive your goods. That is exactly what happened with my package. Payed for it but never received it back. And they do not do refunds. Phone number is fake and you will never receive any response from them.

Ordered a pair of Hoka trainers for my son, no response to emails, tracking info is rubbish. Avoid at all costs.

Do not order from these, the products are fake and you will no see a refund, it is a scam website. They are thieves.

Purchased two pairs of trainers in good faith with promise of fast delivery and easy returns Took 3 weeks to deliver, which clearly indicated that these were not uk based. When received, it was obvious the products are clearly counterfeit and are actually unwearable due to the way they have been made, the instep and heel support being incorrectly shaped. I have sent pictures of poor stitching and the fact that the branding direction differs on each trainer. Asked for money back and lo and behold, radio silence. AVOID AT ALL COST

Ordered a pair of size 4 hoka trainers for the wife on the 3rd may asked for a refund the next day after reading the reviews on trustpilot but no reply after email after email.
Got an email on the 11th to say they have been dispatched. Checked the shipping app and it hasn't moved. Biggest bs'ers selling fake goods.
I'll check on Trustpilot next time I order from sites I'm not to sure about.
Please don't do what I've done, once bitten as the saying goes!

AVOID TOTAL SCAM
False advertising. Unavailable to get in touch with. Phone doesnt work. Contact form doesn’t work. They send tracking updates with no information behind it. Goods finally arrived. Total fakes. Avoid at all costs.

Wish I'd done at least minimal research before ordering. You basically see a product in £ and a british website, then when you pay they obviously order some knock offs from China for buttons that takes months (if ever) to arrive. Just avoid. Lesson learned.

Don't buy from this company as its a scam that they trade in the UK.

Ordered items over a week ago have chased up via email as the telephone number provided does not work. My only saving grace is I ordered using my credit card so I will reclaim the costs back via the bank. The bank allows the retailer 15 days to deliver the goods but reading the other reviews I will nor accept delivery if they ever get delivered which is in doubt. Like everyone says DO NOT ORDER from these crooks complete SCAM.

Total scam. Never arrived, no contact what a joke

Training shoes took a long time to arrive (from China), and when they did they were the wrong size. Despite repeated requests by email (they do not answer the phone) I cant get my free return or refund. Also, shoes were fake

This company is a complete scam.

No response to emails

No answer to the phone number.

Just had an email from smith fashion said I have to wait another 10 days for refund no explanation why feels like there lieing and I’m being scammed but we will see and will update soon

Ordered HOKA trainers. They arrived 3 weeks later and they sent the wrong size. Tried contacting them and had no response. The wrong size trainers sent were very poor quality and definitely fake but now I can’t get in touch with them and they don’t respond to emails or phone calls. SCAMMERS PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very poor communication, selling fake product, giving the illusion UK based but comes from China, tracking number which does not work, telephone number never answered, rings like phone not in use, if you send the email asking concrete question you get vague answer which does not answer your question…. etc !!!! I would highly recommend, never buy anything from this company which pretend to be UK base but is from far China selling fake products .

It's a Chinese scam site. Lovely pictures but that's not what they send you. It costs as much to return the goods as it does to buy them. They like your money but mostly they like your details which they get even more of if you accept a partial refund. They disguise the site and I didn't realise it was in China else I wouldn't have made the purchase. Lesson learnt!

Do not buy anything from this company. Bought a pair of Hoka trainers should have realised was to good to be true, did not arrive tracking number did not exist, do not answer emails. It is a total SCAM
