I have a commercial issue with a fx broker regarding an introducing broker contract.

On the terms and conditions it says the auditor has authority to settle the issue.

I found this auditing company on the official accounts on company house.

I contacted them by email with personal data communication.

They did not answered me but shared my email to the company they audit for their lawyer use against me.

I didn’t consent any communication of personal data regarding GDPR regulation.

I am waiting for clarification

Retrieval of documents from an out of business firm

We have had a troubling issue with our former solicitor’s firm because somehow, they went out of business
However, Finbarr O'Connell from Smith & Williamson
was able to follow the track of our paperwork and Jack McGinley have managed to extract the files relating to your engagement with the undertaking concerned
Thus, we want to mention the help received from Smith & Williamson and Senior Insolvency Administrator Jack McGinley, the support was offered with kindness and understanding of the whole situation, the help was superb, thank you so much, we do not know how we would have resolved this tricky issue without their amazing and fast assistance, truly grateful

Complete chancers.

Dreadful company. Lack of communicant. As liquidators they act to protect the company in liquidation and not the creditors. They are Teflon coated and never reply. The hold back payment to creditors and there fees are a complete joke. They should be thoroughly investigated by the appropriate ombudsman. There handling of the Park First administration is nothing less than a complete farce. Missing millions not traced and just forgotten. All to help Toby Whittaker who appointed them. What a complete set up.

No Fight No Hope In This Company

This review is purely linked to their behaviour and handling of the scandal and collapse of "London Capital and Finance" in January 2019 and S&W were appointed the legal team to acquire what's left of the stolen £237 million pounds that LCF had gained from regular investors over nearly 5 years of trading and promoting what is now known as junk bonds to the public. S&W involvement has seen the goal posts move back and forth, the timeline to complete the insolvency increase and the remaining investors money located after what's already been stolen and hidden away by the crooks of LCF diminish smaller and smaller by each passing year. S&W administrators are deliberately slow in their jobs, difficult in coming forward under pressure from investors, will not answer your emails or letters but they will charge and bill you for writing or phoning their office and add those fees to the investors money pot. I can say that the lead administrator in charge - Finbarr is pretty useless in summing up what's obvious to everyone else that these LCF directors have conducted a Ponzi scheme and pocketed the money yet they are running rings around this guy and his legal team. We didn't chose S&W but if you are unlucky to have them conduct your affairs - beware and watch out.
