Ordered new Barbour Steve McQeen 9665 jacket for my son's belated Christmas present on a Sunday evening, chose standard delivery & jacket with us a couple of days later. getting a waterproof jacket in February / March 2015
I ordered a jacket of Barbour's International line and asked for delivery to continental Europe, while I was working outside the EU. Many German online retailers will not do this - or they only deliver to 3-4 neighbouring countries.
Smith & Morris facilitated the purchase by:
- having a good range of products (in many colours and sizes),
- having a user-friendly and well-structured homepage
- being flexible (as to many payment and delivery options) and
- by having a very kind and competent customer service (thank you, Gail)
To cut a long story short: I know where my Barbours live, from now on.

An excellent online shopping experience
I used your services a couple of weeks ago and sadly the item I ordered was too small (Duke jacket). However, I rang up and spoke to a young girl who was really helpful and explained the returns process to me. I returned the item as instructed and my refund was sorted in a couple of days. Well done to all concerned.
