In over six years and thousands of orders, this is actually our first 1-star review for wax melts, so we’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations.
We know scent is a personal thing, but we’d love the chance to troubleshoot this with you. Often, if the scent doesn’t linger as it should, it can come down to the type of burner being used - for example, using an electric burner with a low heat that cant get hot enough to release the scent or a teal light burner that’s too small, or a tealight that burns too hot, can cause the wax to overheat and burn off the fragrance too quickly.
