I ordered a men's leather wallet ROKO…

I ordered a men's leather wallet ROKO CROC EFFECT WALLET on the site it said made in UK 100% real leather. But then in the end the wallet arrives on time, I discover that it is all made in china and it is all polyester apart from the inside. An incredible stench not to believe in false advertisements!

We are sorry to hear your concerns regarding the product's advertising. However after checking our order history we are unable to find any record of you purchasing this item from us directly.

As such we believe you have purchased this item from a third party, who have perhaps made a mistake when describing the product. Our site's description does not make the claim this particular product is 100% leather or that it is made in the UK.

If you could inform us from where you purchased the item, we will contact them and ask that they update their product description.

If you are unhappy with the product please return the item to them for a full refund.

Beautiful bags and outstanding customer service

Absolutely love the bags I have from Smith and Canova! They’re stylish, high quality and attract lots of compliments. They’re worth every penny!
When I experienced an issue with a bag, Debbie promptly responded and resolved the situation, above and beyond my expectations.
Can’t recommend this company highly enough, especially with such great customer service.

Absolutely amazing customer service

My experience of this company has been nothing short of amazing. Debbie, their Office Manager, went out of her way to find me a product that I was looking for, even though it wasn’t currently available on their website. She really couldn’t have done any more to help me when I enquired via email - she truly went out of her way to assist me. The result is that I now have an absolutely beautiful smart black backpack that is exactly what I was looking for and perfect for work. The product itself is really high quality and beautifully made. I’m sorry to hear that a previous reviewer had a negative experience, but that couldn’t be further from the customer service I received from Smith and Canova, which I can only describe as exceptional.
