I placed and paid for my online order on 8 Feb 2023. To date I don't have any communication from them regarding the order, is this the way to treat customers?

I placed an order on 01-29-23 and have yet to receive what I ordered, which makes me believe that I will not even be receiving it as today is 02-16-23. If I could I'd post the transaction.

I never even recieved my order and never got a reply from anyone total scam!!!!!

I had to give them a 1 just to enter a comment. This company is a total scam. There are absolutely nothing good being said about them on this review site. In my case I did'nt order anything. But they tried to use my credit card to make a purchase. But lucky for me it did not go through. I have never heard of them before this, so it is no way I ordered anything from them. Guys please be careful and watch your credit card statements and bank statements regularly.

I ordered goods for £22.48 a month ago and have received precisely nothing. This company are total thieves. I paid by CC so am in the process of claiming my money back. I was obliged to give them 1 star so as I could write this review, when in reality I wouldn't give them any.

Oh no!!! I ordered a week ago and saw my account had smileyhomey as the vendor and smelt a rat so googled it and found all these reviews. Needless to say, there has been no reply to my emails. Buggar.

Im not happy. I Purchased a product for $23. Plus $5 delivery, ended up being $46.33 and $23.17 to an unknown company called Smileyhomey, it should be veganlular.com. I Put a hold on my account as it hasn't gone out yet, and will try to cancel with my bank tomorrow morning ...plus they have the date as 10/01/23 but the transaction was today 11/01/23. Feeling so sceptical ..

Well I was a little hasty and shocked as today the bracelot I ordered for my partner for Christmas arrived

I was shocked when I woke up to check my payments their is a transaction inside my account to Smilehomey COME ON SERIOUSLY ITS CHRISTMAS FOR GOD SAKE 🙈🙈 I never ordered anything from this company and they just pulled the money out from my bank account without my authorization 👀 please I need my refund how this people get into my bank account it no good and I'm so frustrating

Postage was listed as prepaid by seller on package but in fact was not paid to USPS, requiring me as the buyer to paid the postage before the item was delivered. I paid postage with my order. Seller apparently pocketed my shipping payment and got USPS to process the package up to the point that they realized postage was not actually paid. I needed to make a trip to the post office and paid again for postage to get the package. I elected to not refuse the package as I doubt that I would ever get a full refund. Emails to seller would come back as undeliverable

Scam, charged twice and never got anything.

Ordered a product in October and never received it so I emailed the company at the contact email they provided to check status of order and the emailed returned as an inactive account. After some research of the tracking number provided I determined it was a false number, not affiliated with any shipping companies for delivery so I reached out to PayPal and filed an dispute on Nov. 16, 2022 and they promptly refunded my money. Notification stated to allow up to 30 days but within 10 minutes I received notice from my bank that the payment was refunded. I advise to steer clear of SmileyHomey and Seller: "She Swish Limited" but I am grateful that PayPal backs/protects my purchases. I have never had an issue with PayPal, they even warned me once of a known Seller that was reported as a scam company when I went to purchase another product a year ago, this prevented me from moving forward with the purchase. I will always use PayPal for online purchases when it is an option as they provide great protection of my money.

I never received the item from Oct 2,2022. I tried to email but it bounced back as not a good email address so I asked Paypal to step in and they are not responding either. The company gave a fake tracking number, Paypal said they would make a determination by 11/09 then extended it to 11/24....What a mess. Don't deal with either of these companies unless you want to loose your money.

WHICH IS ATTACHED TO MY BANKING INFO. I HAVE LEFT PAYPAL SEVERAL MESSAGES BUT THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY CALLS. I'VE NOTIFIED MY BANK THIS CHARGED IS FRAUD & THAT PAYPAL IS APPARENTLY PAYPAL IS SIDING WITH SCAMMERS ACCORDING OTHER REVIEWERS CLAIMING THIS COMPANY IS PROVIDING FORGED/FAKE RECEIPTS- TO AVOID REFUNDING CUSTOMERS MONEY. I DO NOT USE PAYPAL..
