Charges $182 for "monitoring your well being" during procedure.

Paid $5200 for IV sedation and dental work (they knew I didn't have insurance but was VERY nervous about dental care) - all went well, but due to added units of sedation, the final bill was $5200 (was hoping to keep it to MUCH less obviously!). Regardless, return a year later for a tooth extraction - was prescribed a relaxant (which I paid for at the pharmacy) then was charged $182 on top of cost of removal - for "monitoring" my wellbeing!!!! (note: I was not asleep and was told this was not a sedation but a relaxant). Was hoping to have 2 teeth removed at once but they were closing so told me to return for second....so presumably they want to charge another $182 plus $314 for second removal (for total cost of nearly $500 each - knowing that I have NO INSURANCE). One may think that having paid $5200 and having my family go there that they would waive the $182 "monitoring" fee but nope. I can't believe they charge extra for paying attention to my wellbeing while pulling a freaking tooth. Staff are very friendly but billing is outrageous and there is no humanity for tight budgets or for unexpected costs. Currently closing account and moving family to new dentist.
