I highly recommend using smile perfect if you are interested in looking to straighten up your smile and especially if you are on a budget. The process has been seamless and they have been truly helpful in answering any questions I had or concerns and they respond fairly quickly! I’m very pleased with their services!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the treatment provided by Smile Perfect.

My son used the aligners as instructed by the company. Before starting the treatment, I received a video showing how his teeth would look at the end of the process. I approved the proposed plan and trusted that his teeth would look as presented.

However, at the end of the treatment, the result was not as promised. His tooth did not close as shown in the video. I had a meeting with the company’s dentist, who evaluated the case and confirmed that the result was indeed not as it should have been. He then sent two additional aligners.

However, those two aligners were actually two that had been missing from the original kit. In addition, they were sent without taking new impressions or performing a proper new evaluation. Even after using these additional aligners, his tooth remained the same and did not reach the promised result.

I have been trying to resolve this matter with the company for over four months. I only recently received a response stating that, because the dentist had sent the two additional aligners at that time, the treatment would be considered completed and satisfactory.

However, the final result does not match what I approved at the beginning of the treatment. His tooth did not turn out as shown in the video. For this reason, I feel misled and extremely disappointed with how this case has been handled and with the lack of a proper solution.

I respectfully request a fair review of my case and a solution consistent with what was originally promised.

I wanted to straighten my teeth for some time, but the cost stood in the way until I found out ahavebout Smile Perfect. When I received my kit I found the impression trays were too big, I reached out via email expecting a lack in customer service because of such inexpensive services. I was very wrong, I received an immediate response, had smaller trays in a week, and have only recived timely attention since. I am thrilled that I didn't have to sacrifice service for price!

I had wanted to get my teeth sorted for ages however not just the price but the time put me off, I found smile perfect and they offered a very reasonable cost plus you could opt for night time only which suited the coffee addict me! I had proper braces when I was young but hadn’t worn the retainer. My right front tooth was protruding, the treatment only took months not 3 or 4 years like others. I am super pleased with my outcome and smile have offered a bit of further treatment, they are super responsive, easy to deal with and amazing value

I was skeptical initially, I wasn’t sure if a low cost alternative would provide the results I wanted. I had quite a significant misalignment with one tooth far behind others sitting recessed. I opted for doing the moulds myself rather than attending for a scan, and received lots of communication throughout. I had immediate feedback on the moulds, they needed some adjustment, so I repeated the process to the instructions. I receive a detailed plan and had to agree to it before the aligners would be made and dispatched.
I started seeing results almost instantly. After the second or third set I could see the movement. At times because of the setting of the rest of my teeth there was a period where eating was a bit challenging, but totally worth it. I was surprised with how quick the change was. I now have straight teeth, nicely in time for my wedding in the summer! I can’t speak highly enough of the process and the communication throughout. Many thanks to Mike.

I recently went back to Smile Perfect for my final appointment and I couldn’t be more delighted with the final result, which was way beyond my expectations. The staff were amazing, very professional, as well as being really nice people, who take real pride in their work. Flights and accommodation are included and I couldn’t recommend more highly. Anyone writing a negative review clearly hasn’t been a client. If you need dental work look no further, as you definitely won’t be disappointed.

The fit on these aligners are terrible my top aligners only cover the bottom half of my teeth and have a 3mm gap at the top, my bottom aligners are un usable as they literally cut my tongue, contacted about this issue i was sent not a whole new set made with new impressions, just 2 new trays that were exactly the same, useless, very disappointing
