I’m so happy with my results! I research different clear aligner options here in Qatar and decided to go with Smileneo. The initial assessment was to simply take photos of your teeth and submit online. I was then contacted by phone and an appointment was made for me to go to a local orthodontist and have 3D scans and an X-ray done (this was free). Once all of the images were assessed, I received a phone call to say I was a candidate for Smileneo. I was sent a 3D smile preview and treatment plan…… this was when I decided, at 45 years old, to get that perfect smile! I went with the monthly installment plan. It was an easy option as every month I was sent an invoice and I paid online. I downloaded the app and sent in the first pictures of my teeth. About a week later I received my aligners. I felt a little discomfort on the second day of each new aligner. After 10 days of wearing a set of aligners I would upload photos of my teeth to the app, they were assessed and I was sent an email to advise to change to the next set or, as I happened a few times I had to continue to wear them for 14 days. Every time I had a question I would ask via the app, I was answered either by the online chat, an email or a phone call. I had a about 3 appointments during my treatment, to do some IPR (interproximal reduction). At the end of my treatment, 13 seats of aligners, my Smileneo Orthodontist Dr Razan and I agreed that my teeth could use a couple more aligners to be perfect. I went for another 3D scan (I paid 500qr for this) and was then sent a new 3D smile preview. I received 4 more sets of aligners. I am very happy with the results. The only thing I found hard in the beginning, was to get use to the attachements on my teeth and to be disciplined to wear them for 22 hours. From the very beginning I felt supported by Dr Razan, receiving emails and phone calls checking up on my progress and answering my questions in a timely manner.

Staff is ill mannered, Mr Jeffery or Joffrey needs to learn to interact with the clients. He needs some customer service traning, and ground himself a little. There plenty other options in the market. Person named above seems to be interested in giving therapy session than treating the dental requirements.

It's taken eleven and a half months and 32 aligners but the end result is really good. I first visited Dr Mariya at New Ivory Dental & Implant clinic In Business Bay Dubai last year the whole process was excellent. The initial consultation was very professional. I had 3D scans taken and Dr. Mariya explained everything very clearly. She has been on hand throughout to answer any questions and concerns. The Smileneo App is also great as you can track your progress from beginning to end and take photos of your progress. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to achieve their perfect smile with your natural teeth to go ahead. You need to be dedicated and wear the aligners 22 hours a day and there is continuous maintenance after the treatment finishes but for the results you get it's worth it!

Very bad results even worse monitor and support

you give me plan but you don't do like plan. had many mistakes that makes me a suffer and my teeth can't close up and down like normal it's painful
also you take long time to give an appointment and wait long time makes me suffer ... also the doctor tell me i need more pics of anveslin for my teeth and i tell smileneo that and no one answers me for long time do deal with your patients like ignore no see the results unfortunately to see that
i think smileneo at united emart of arab is the worst one

Its very bad and they stopped replying to me and i”m planing on suing them and get my money back… also my teeth did not change a bit after 9 months…

It wasn’t as expected, didn’t get the promised results.

The entire service was perfect, very cooperative and friendly but most importantly the best results!
I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get the perfect smile. Yes, it looks expensive but it will be the best investment you would make and I am confident everyone will agree with me once you have experienced it.

Didn't do what I wanted at all. It worth paying more to go somewhere else.

Over all the staff ware very helpful, always checking with me on the progress, the clinic staff at Ivory also was friendly. The product was good, there’s a progress.

I already recommended the product to my friends, so definitely I will recommend to everyone else

Ps the price is very affordable and you have the option of paying by installments.

The worst experience ever, worst customer service and after more than a year of suffering and wearing daily .. although it was promised 4 months only .. the keep taking my money for additional scans for refinement!!!! ... I will write this review on every clinic in Dubai or Saudi that you deal with .. people need to understand that smileneo us cheating people and they do not even reply to me to the chat
