The program with smilelove Has left me with far from satisfactory results. Had I known that it would of been this shoddy of a job, I never would’ve bothered trying to straighten my teeth in the first place.
I finished the program with unsatisfactory results, I emailed them and sent pictures of my “completed program” teeth, only to be told “it was a success “ and then redirected to a page where I’m expected to pay 400 dollars for “refinements”.

Following procedures as such makes the company look like a scam artist.

My original plan was meant to straighten my teeth, Smilelove had zero accountability for the fact that it didn’t.
I find myself asking how am I to know that after the “refinements” I’ll be any better off than I am now?

Smilelove has failed to meet the expectation of the product it was selling. I should get a refund at least. Instead I was asking for a correction, a chance for the company to live up to the expectations of the product it was selling.
But I was expected to pay more!?!?!

The worst!!!!!! STAY AWAY! I had to beg for my refund since Feb. Luckily, I paid through Affirm and Affirm was able to get my money back for me after MANY months.

Terrible aftersales customer service. They are very quick to respond when you are in the process of ordering your aligners. But the moment you come across a problem, they just send you their generic automated email. And it takes about 2 weeks to actually get a response. I had fitting issues with mine and they never even tried to help. I just kept getting a response saying please send pictures. Even though I had already sent them multiple times before.

If I were to do it again, I would spend a little more money and go with a better company

They went out of business without telling customers, lost all the money, won't answer any communication, and won't issue refunds. I never received my product from them and they won't send a refund. They've been reported to the BBB, the Attorney General in Utah, and the FTC.

Don't order from them!! File reports with the companies listed above and immediately contact your payment provider to cancel all payments.

ruined my bite, once they have your money you can't get a hold of customer service, stay clear. Go see an orthodontist instead you get what you pay for.

I had very high hopes to be able to straighten my very slightly crooked teeth. My teeth were straight enough that friends and family thought I was crazy to even spend the money that smile love charged for aligners (and they are much cheaper than the rest). After all was said and done, I thought my teeth would look perfect, after all they were barely crooked...Well they looked ok, a little better, but nothing outstanding. My real issue is how the aligners started to make my teeth chip! It weakened them to the point that 2 of them chipped. The first tooth to chip isn't as noticeable in the picture bc it was from a couple months back and I didnt correlate it being from the aligners at first and it has smoothed out a bit since. The second tooth that chipped was very significant and I realized it was from the aligners bc it was a little more sore when I would put the aligners in...maybe it was cast incorrectly? Either way, I reached out to smilelove with my issue bc I refused to continue to wear the aligners after 7 months bc I didnt want my teeth to continue to chip. I am still paying for these destructive aligners, but the response I received was that maybe I have the type of saliva that weakens my teeth and that's what caused it. They were very polite but basically said it's my fault and that maybe I also didn't brush or floss enough too. I explained I dont have weak teeth. I have had 2 cavities in 30+ years, I brush 3x a day and floss religiously. They also explained that bc I went through affirm to finance that there is nothing they could do bc they were already paid...very mad! Please beware!!!

Nearly impossible to get in touch with customer support. Customer support phone number is hidden on their website. If you have a problem don't expect an answer any time soon.

The Smilelove aligners are causing bleeding. The aligners are pushing my straight teeth crooked. They will not provide the name & location of the makers of the aligners in Pakistan. They will not communicate with me at all.
