The problem is that the instructions…
The problem is that the instructions for creating the molds is not clear. There should be videos and detailed instructions with a lot more detail and pictures than currently. I think there should also be more dentists. I would have much more preferred to go through a dentist than do it myself. I had to pay more to get more putty even though I had done the first impressions over video chat.

I did not take the impressions well the first go around, but Dr. Jay was very calm and patient and walked me through the steps meticulously and systematically and made sure I took the impressions correctly. Wear your headphones and listen carefully to understand with precision.

Early steps of digital impression
So far my experience at smileie has been very simple easy and pleasant. I was assigned a specialist named Brett and he keeps me up to date on everything happening. Also whenever I have a question or send any message back, I always get a reply within about an hour or so.
I chose the digital impression method and due to the way my mouth was structured the digital scanner was unable to read my last tooth in the back of my mouth. I explained this to the specialist designated to me and asked if a physical impression would help so they have a good read of that one tooth. I offered to pay an extra fee if necessary but I was told it will be shipped for free.
This was all a few days ago so I have not received my aligners yet but I will give an update as soon as I do.

So I had to request for a virtual meeting with Dr. Arooj because it was difficult for me to take the impressions myself. Her instructions were very useful. Finally been able to take a workable impression. Their customer service is also great, they responded to all my messages. I have a strong belief their aligners would correct my teeth.
