Bait and Switch with aggressive sales pitch

I came in to do simple cleaning after I booked an appointment. They wasted over two hours of my time on an aggressive sales pitch, after which they told me I need deep cleaning (which I would have to pay $450 extra for) and I need to book another appointment for that! I asked them I wanted only a simple cleaning for an event and that's why I came and booked my appointment. They refused and said the hygienist is busy. AVOID! A dispute will be filed with my insurance.
