THIS IS A TERRIBLE product and the deceptive marketing is borderline fraud. I placed one order and did NOT sign up for a subscription, but another one was billed and shipped a month later. There was no email notification of a second order, there wasn’t even an established account! When I went to try to cancel the subscription myself, I had to call to get it done.
The product burns my gums!

Buyer beware!

Product doesn't work and they keep charging without authorization. Was promised my account was canceled, I returned all products unopened, they have had them for two weeks and not only didn't refund me, I was charged again today. Scam.

This Company needs to be sued on a Class Action Lawsuit. We had to change Bank Cards so they would not keep charging the card. If I could give them a -10 I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND CANCEL YOUR CURRENT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. It is the only way they will not keep billing you.

Terrible, misleading, sneaky subscription. Product does not work well. Can’t cancel even when I returned product.

The product does not do what they claim it will. That is just the beginning. I received a 2nd shipment that I did NOT order and they told me I had to pay the postage to have it returned which I did. They also told me that I had signed up for a payment plan that I can't find anyplace it is something that they told me or that I agreed to.

Thought i was ordering a one time purchase. I was unknowingly enrolled in a 3 month plan. When I received another charge of 47 dollars i realized I was in a subscription plan. I called to cancel the subscription. Smile actives related the subscription was cancelled and I would not be billed again. I was billed 47 dollars 2 more times. Smile actives related the first shipment they sent me was a 3 month supply and thats why i was charged 2 more times, and because its been over 60 days I can not return the product. Good job smile actives you got me.

I ordered the trial and the product was very strong and immediately burned my gums and turned my pink gums white in the points between each tooth where the gums come down. I called to ask how to return could not get any info on what my refund would be. Explained I do not want anymore product and customer service confirmed. Was then charged an additional $109 and another set of toothbrush replacement bristles arrived. I called again and informed customer service I cancelled and they said I have an outstanding balance of another $109. I refuse to pay that and have to now keep my card locked at all times as they try to charge me every day several times a day. Next step BBB!!

Scam. ordered once and was charged almost $100 for next shipment that I did not subscribe to. I reached out BEFORE the next item shipped and was told I could not cancel and would not be able to get money back until I shipped the item (that they had not sent me yet) back. Of course, shipping cost was my responsibility...

So awful. I purchased a one time ordered with no subscription and then I noticed additional charges with upcoming orders. I tried to cancel but because my package already shipped, I was told to wait until I received it and then ship it back for a refund. My order was $193 in installment payments all for literally just TOOTHPASTE!! 😭😭 I sent my package back, saw that it was delivered and never got my refund. Eventually I received my money back but that was after speaking with several customer service representatives. AWFUL!! and the products don’t even work!’

Company is a scam - garbage product and they will not cancel after you try to. Further, they say they will refund but then deduct shipping and handling for products that were not received even after cancellation.

The product is worthless and likely dangerous.

This is a total sham. They sign you up and make you pay and don't refund you. Product doesn't work and they trick you into this. Do not buy from them.

I never noticed any improvement in the color of my teeth. They started sending packages. Orders were never placed. Contacted them through email. Wasn't getting anywhere with calling them. Finally tell me I'm on an auto replenish plan..I said.. no, don't want any more I'm done, sending this back. I send it back and they are still charging me $43 and I sent it back.Not happy at all..

Product works minimally well. Taste is awful. When you try to cancel order on their portal, it doesn't work. I have had to call more than once to cancel order. Don't try this product!

Ordered the gel with brush, didn’t know have to buy usb charger. I thought will be a just a regular brush.Also never did future subscription and automatic put me for future subscription. This a fraud and needs to be stopped thanks.

Thought to consider-when customers call to cancel, they actually want to cancel not hear a sales pitch.

Smileactives is a scam. You pay for the original shipment and then they keep billing you and sending the product. You send back the product at a cost of $15 and cancel but get another charge and shipment. You have to keep sending it back and was told the second charge is the only credit I get. 60 day refund didn't happen. Don't get this product. It is just peroxide!

They should be out of business for their deceptive subscription practices. DO NOT GET INVOLVED !!!!

I would give minus stars if I could. First of all, it does not work, literally. The pen they sent along with the bottle did not dispense the product. After using what was in the bottle for several weeks, it produced absolutely no change. Also, I thought I was doing a one time purchase, but today I received a full size bottle and three more pens. Apparently I now have a subscription, and was charged almost $50. This put my credit card over the limit and I incurred a fee. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I will be reporting this to the BBB. THIS IS A SCAM!!
