I don't recommend this company, don't easily believe those good comments. I was an old customer and I almost finished my treatment but they leave me wait for almost 3 month for refinement aligner. I have to wear the old one for such a long time. At the beginning they said I need to wait for 2 weeks, then 4-6 weeks, then 7 weeks, then 8 to 10 weeks...I booked an appointment to ask whats happening, the staff there told me "it is good to wear it even longer" even I don't feel comfortable with wearing old aligner for such a long time. I have to find another dental clinic to continue my treatment. Believe me no other clinic will leave you wait forever except this company called Impress.

I'm 3 months on the treatment and I'm very happy with it, and with how the people are always trying to help to make the treatment run as smooth as possible. Shante has been very helpful in rearranging appointments or helping online.

If I could rate them less than one star I would. They just take your money and don’t give a crap about the service they provide. I’m in a month long dispute already for a £200 refund for an appointment they failed to schedule multiple times. I wish I had never given them my money, big regret. Their customer service consists of “I’ll look into this and let you know” for every single time I’ve contacted them and I never actually received any real updated. All the 5 star reviews must be fake and I remember during a call with someone from the team them offering free retainers if you leave a 5 star reviews- retainer which should be free and provided at the end of treatment anyway. Shitty SCAM company, someone needs to sue these people and shut them down. I have said this to anyone I know and I beg you to stay away from this company

I saw a lot of advertising and positive reviews about this clinic. But unfortunately, all the treatment and cooperation ended before it even started. The doctor simply did not come to the appointment. I did not receive any apologies. A spoiled morning and a bad impression from the visit.

So far, my experience with Impress has been going really well. The team is very nice and thoughtful.

Great experience. The ladies there provided timely service and the Doctor was thorough in her explanation of what needed to be done.

Understanding, friendly and always responsive

Unfortunately I am writing my first review with disappointment. Although the staff has been respectful in their engagements with me, I am finding difficult to hope for straight teeth and without gaps made by the doctor. I am on my 8th month of treatment, but my teeth are almost the same as before, worse, they have gaps now. I think the aligners are very weak. My objective was to straighten the front upper teeth, more than anything else. I found the lower teeth are more aligned now but the upper teeth are still protruding outwards and with the gaps made ( they are smaller now, but they look bad). There are only 5 aligners to finish the treatment, but i doubt the teeth will be straight. I am very unhappy so far. If this changes and i am happy with the result, I will let you know. This is a review from the UK.

Holy! Where do I even start… Worst experience I’ve EVER had and the results were not even what they showed me from the first scan. It’s been more than a year now since I made my first payment and I’m still wearing these annoying alignments. Beginning of last year (2025) I went to a consultation and made some scans, were they later showed me pictures of how my teeth would look at the end. They said that it would take about 4-6 weeks for my alignments to arrive. Mind you the company went under the name ”DR SMILE” at the time. Months go by and I mean months, no reply for the whole summer. I had signed a contract to pay 3000 dollars and no one answered my emails. In August!! In August I get a reply saying that my alignments have been forgotten somewhere along the way. Couple of weeks later I finally get them (I should’ve almost been done with the whole process by then but I just got the alignments). I used the alignments as recommended and saw progress. The longer in the process I came the more I started questioning if these alignments will make my teeth as straight as those first scans showed. Now on my last alignment I can confirm they did NOT. Because if they showed me a scan of my teeth right now back then, I would have never ever payed 3000 dollars for this. Now here’s the problem. I was set for an appointment now 29th of April 2026 and they canceled it and rebooked me to 13th of may. Mind you I’m already done with my last alignments since a couple of weeks back, but they want me to wear them for another 2 months just because they can’t prioritize me AFTER MORE THAN A YEAR. They haven’t been taking me seriously and it’s the worst answers they keep on giving me and ignoring my demands that I want a refund or new alignments and treatment that will make my teeth like the first scans they showed me. I’ve got even more to complain about but I’ll keep it there for now, hope this helps anyone DONT GO TO THESE GUYS GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I’ll keep you updated once everything’s finally done…
