Kush and the entire team at Smile Hub have delivered exceptional service over the last several years, both with my regular dental check-ups and hygiene appointments and more recently Invisalign. Kush got a good understanding of my concerns, clearly explained options and the ‘do’s and don’ts’, meaning my treatment went smoothly and has resulted in a fantastic ‘new’ smile (imho) - would highly recommend!

I had one of my three annual hygienist appointments with Maria this morning. As always, Maria is very professional and an excellent hygienist. I highly recommend her.

I had a double wisdom tooth extraction at SmileHub a few weeks ago (which went really well, highly recommend) and when I called with a query, they were brilliant at fitting me in for a quick, free check-up to ensure all healing ok after the surgery. Woeful communication and customer service when on Practice Plan. Smile Hub has had more than a full years' payment from me, but are now refusing to deliver more than half of the services that I have already paid for.

I complained in the surgery and was assured that the Practice owner would follow up with me directly. To date I have heard nothing.

The dental treatment I have actually received has been very good, but the approach by management to dealing with my complaint is so poor that I would give them zero stars if I could.

It’s been an amazing experience, the results have been fantastic. Dr Cath is very warm and puts her clients at the heart of what she does. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I am really pleased with the expertise of the hygienist at SmileHub (Spitalfields). I can honestly I have been given the best treatment I have ever had. Treatment not complete but I am confident that with the continued care of the hygenist I can get back to how I was before.
