I’m extremely disappointed...
I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The wig I received looks nothing like what was shown in the promotional video. In the video, the part appears flat, natural, and seamless, like real hair growing from the scalp. What I got instead has a noticeable bump right next to the seam, creating a ridge that looks completely unnatural.
When I reached out to the company, they tried to tell me this was “intentional” to make the wig look fuller and more natural. That explanation doesn’t hold up, natural hair does not have a raised ridge running along the part. It looks poorly constructed, not realistic.
To make things worse, their customer service was unprofessional. They repeatedly addressed me as “honey,” which is completely inappropriate and not how you speak to customers in a business setting.
Between the misleading advertising, low-quality product, and unprofessional communication, I would not recommend this company.
