Best Kept Secret Source for European Fashion
Smets is a great source for the 'hot' fashion sell-outs that feature in high-end mags. Their pricing is more than competitive, their Sales are gold and warrant instant sign-up to an email account. Delivery to the other side of the world is not exxy, and reasonably fast. I am yet to return anything. Love the newly purchased Prada antiqued black pumps that sold out globally (except at Smets)...but note they run large - I went half a size down and still need a half insole.

Terrible return policy and not helpfull…
Terrible return policy and not helpfull when being contacted, i will never use this site again because of this. For everyone who buys there: be carefull with buying because returning shipments is only available with fedex and when asked if there is another way because fedex does not have many drop points they say that they will get back to you and wait after the 14 days return policy before mailing you so that the payment will not be refunded. Not reachable by phone and slow reaction by email. Not helpfull at all.

BEWARE INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS!
They should be more transparent about duties for international shoppers. I got a bill from FedEx weeks after and had to look up their FAQs regarding duties, which made the item super expensive.
