I have been using SME print since…
I have been using SME print since November 2019, find them to be great on designs, and good value for money. I would definitely recommend them and have done so. I will always use them to do my designs. They will never send your design unless you agree and allow you to make many changes

I honestly cannot stress how unprofessional these people are. We Paid for a takeaway menu to be designAnd we get the design. It was nothing like what we asked for. We had initially briefed him with exactly what we want. We sent a sample menu to follow and we sent him a text file with all the contents of the menu. What he produced was not very satisfactory and was of very poor quality design. We emailed him to phone us so you can explain exactly what we wanted. All we want to the designer to do was to follow the already designed menu and come up with something similar . Very very basic job. He did not do it. He stopped contacting us. Took our money. Wasted our money. Avoid avoid avoid.
