This company did eventually abide by their "lifetime guarantee" on the zipper and issued a refund, but only after being frustrated and complaining multiple times, and then also waiting for their slow replies. They also claim their products are "freezer-safe," but hand washing them with mild detergent and taking out the extra moisture with a towel before air drying has resulted in nearly every zipper on 10+ bags, even the "heavy duty" ones to start literally missing pieces and start becoming harder to open and close without almost breaking after only one month of use. They have low-quality "made in USA" products not for a cheap price and inconsistent customer service that leaves the customer frustrated when anything happens to the bags.
