As a long-time consumer of omega-3 supplements, I was appalled by my recent experience with this online pharmacy. I have been purchasing omega-3 oil for years and have previously bought from this store without any issues, which makes this experience even more disheartening.
I decided to invest in two high-quality bottles of omega-3 supplements (VITALS Super EPA), expecting the same level of quality I had received before. To my shock, both the open bottle (which was kept in a cool, dry place) and the sealed bottle (stored in the fridge) went rancid within about 10 days of purchase.
In an effort to resolve this issue, I provided the batch numbers of the products (L270223), hoping to investigate the root cause with the manufacturer. However, the response I received was nothing short of disappointing. The reply I received was a copy-paste from the manufacturer page about a toxicologic report, completely disregarding the fact that the products had gone bad within an exceptionally short time frame.
What frustrates me the most is that, despite being a returning customer, there was no genuine effort to address the problem or provide a satisfactory solution. No proactive measures were taken to resolve the issue. I received no offers of a refund, replacement, or any viable solution to rectify this appalling experience.
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. As someone who has entrusted Smeets & Graas with my health needs for years by buying Omega 3 Fish Oil since 2018 from this store, this recent incident has left me disillusioned and frustrated. I strongly advise fellow consumers to exercise caution when considering purchases here, as the quality assurance and customer service seem to have plummeted drastically.

Edit: I want to take a moment to update my previous review. After experiencing an issue with the quality of a product, I reached out to the Smeets & Graas customer service team. I initially gave a 1-star review due to concerns about the product's quality.

However, I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt response and their willingness to address the issue. They quickly processed a refund, and I appreciate their understanding and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Additionally, they took the initiative to forward my complaint to their supplier, Vitals, for further investigation into the product's quality.
