Got through the application process in good time. It is clear, easy to follow and takes a lot of the stress away.

The renewal process was quite involved, but had clear details regarding what was required and the on-line platform itself was very robust and able to take uploaded documents quite easily.
We did need to engage with one of the SMAS assessors who was both clear in his explanation of what further information was requited and very helpful with any questions that we had.
We are almost looking forward to doing it all again next year !

Using the SMAS online portal for SSIP assessment is a joy to use. Makes life so easy.

The website is really easy to use. The guidance notes are extremely helpful. I wish all SSiP members had an online process ... especially one as easy to use as this!

Although we are well versed in the requirements of obtaining SMAS SSiP accreditation SMAS on line system makes it almost enjoyable and COVID proof - if thats possible!!

I have used Smas every year for a long time now, and the experience gets better each year.

The purpose of this review is to rate my experience in submitting our application for renewal of accreditation. The process is straight forward however In my view is generic and does not take into account the the fact the different security services which are being provided. We provide on site guarding only. The process does not take into account that Securitay Limited holds ACS accreditation which covers 90% of the questions. We are audited annually which incudes H&S, QA, HR, and governance. A copy of our certificate and annual audit results should be sufficient to by pass several sections.

I must say that the team at SMAS are always very courteous and helpful. The process for validation is quick and not painful! The assessors are always ready to assist in guiding you through the protocols required to meet the assessment criteria .

I would recommend SMAS for small business's aiming to achieve a industry recognised H&S accreditation

The process was easy and without delay, The service was very good.

I found the SMAS website and online questionnaire very easy to use and easy to upload documents to. I was very impressed at the quick response (accreditation in 2 days) and would definately recommend SMAS to other contractors.

Slow through the lockdown as expected, but fast once contact was made.
