It was sooooo good! I’m not even exaggerating how good it was. It was like my mouth falling into heaven and now it’s my son’s favourite meal.

I went into burslem smash on trent ordered a basic cheese burger with chips asked for onions was refused asked fir vinegar we don't do it burger was bland chips were overcooked very crunchy and hardly any potatoes inside not worth nearly £7 ever likely place is always empty will not use again

Great food but ridiculous slow service in the region of 25 mins for a Burger.

We have ordered from Smash on Trent a few times now and it never disappoints! The burgers are always extremely tasty and are of a good quality. We definitely recommend!

Smash on Trent is an absolute gem! The menu is extensive with so many great options to choose from, and every item is packed with flavour – fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared.

The staff are warm and friendly which makes the whole experience even better.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food and excellent service!

I’ve been to smash on Trent (Fenton) a few times usually for dinner as they do the best smash burgers in Stoke or more commonly to get one of their signature milkshakes as it just quenches that sweet treat craving.
I always get greeted very well by the staff that work there especially a young lad named giddy I’ve never seen him not smiling and he’s always very polite.
10/10 from regular customer

The worst experience ever, very rude young manager and the food was horrific even found a blonde hair in the burger and was told it was mine.....my hair is black.

The absolute best takeaway ever in my opinion, and as always the consistency of the food is always top notch!!! I've ordered 6 times now from here since discovering them and every single time without fail has been perfection 👌 10/10. Every single time all the ingredients are so fresh and well made and put together, so much care goes into the quality and presentation. Even the packaging is 100% on point to ensure your getting the best and hot, even down to the wipes they provide that have a fantastic fragrance to them. This place is just in a league of their own! Never came across a takeaway that does it this good and sets the standard so high! Superb! Well done to the Smash On Trent team that provide this amazing experience!

First order. Order was wrong. How hard is it to get a 2 person order right? Seriously??? Ordered a double trouble burger and got 2 instead of 4 patties. Ordered cheese sauce. No cheese sauce, barely any cheese at all. Nice burger actually but the fact they can’t get an order right is just enough for me to say bye bye you’ll never be BK or five guys! Customer service didn’t give two shits.

The portion size is amazing! I couldn’t recommend the Philly Cheese Steak Fries enough!
Please also try the Apple Pie or the Gingerbread Milkshake on the winter specials as they are both amazing!!

The service provided was subpar. The order was not thoroughly checked before its dispatch, resulting in the missing of an item. This is not an isolated incident. The quality of the food was acceptable. The establishment requested that I collect my item, but now I am burdened with the inconvenience of pursuing a refund. I will not be using their services in the future.

I recently visited smashontrent and was incredibly disappointed. To start, the fries were stone cold and tasted as hard as nails, like they’d been sitting out for hours. The rest of the food didn’t fare any better—it felt like eating cheap junk food or cafeteria-grade meals. For the prices they charge, I expected fresh, hot, and flavorful food, not something that felt carelessly thrown together. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent dining experience.

Food is really good, but we ordered food for delivery. They use uber eats for their deliveries, and the guy only gave us the chips and not the 5 burgers we had ordered.
Rang Smash on trent up who said they remembered doing the order but they couldn't do anything and would have to contact uber eats for a refund.
In the end we ended up going to the shop to order in person and finally got our food two hours after we wanted it delivered.
Food is great but delivery service is rubbish

Only half the order turned up my lady rang back and was told to go to uber for a refund so I rang to be told a full reorder would be done waited 40 mins then rang back to be told it was waiting for me to pick up as thet had no drivers .if I wanted to pick it up u wouldn't have ordered it for delivery . The food is great but service is bad realy dissapounted

Ordered many times before but the most recent order was absolutely not what I have had before. Cheap popcorn chicken and pale as chips. It looked an actual mess. Not impressed as the picture on the menu is nothing like what came and what I had ordered before. Wish I could post a picture 🙄

Amazing burgers, tasty wraps and insane chips! My 63 year old mum who won’t eat McDonald’s demolished a burger here! Her only complaint is that she couldn’t get a coffee.
