I bought a tennis racket on the 18th of August. The delivery was expected to reach me at the 27th , but it never did still today the parcel hasn't yet delivered. Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience with Trade Inn
We placed an order over a month ago, and the delivery has been nothing but a mess. The package kept getting delayed with no clear updates. Then we were told they couldn’t find our address even though it was correct and we confirmed it again. Now, the parcel is apparently being sent back to them, and we’ve received no further communication.
This is completely unprofessional. We still want the products we paid for, but at this point, we’ll settle for a refund and go somewhere else. Really disappointing service and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend being cautious before ordering from Trade Inn.

Wrong weight and late shipping
I ordered a racket with a weight of 375-365gram. But the weight on the racket is instead 363gram, written by Smashinn.
Shipping: I paid extra to get the delivery within 5-7 days. Home delivery. I got a message after 8 days that your late. Got a new message the 9 days, that I need to pick up the racket at a post office.

Warning to anyone thinking of buying from Smashinn! I purchased what was listed as a genuine Babolat racket, but when I took it to the official Babolat store, the staff confirmed it was FAKE. You can clearly see the differences in the pictures. I contacted Smashinn’s customer service, and they were unhelpful, dismissive, and provided no real support. Selling fake products and then ignoring customers is unacceptable. Be careful before you order — I definitely wouldn’t recommend Smashinn after this experience.

Ordered tennis racket for my partner’s birthday, arrived with damaged frame….. was then told to fill out multiple forms which have to be approved before I’m

Was looking for a Bullpadel vertex hybrid 2025, couldn’t find any for sale in the uk smashinn had them for sale at the lowest price I could find. They send second-hand junk that’s dirty, worn out, and damaged, without showing the right photos. They claim the items are refurbished, but these are shoes that should go straight in the trash. When I tried to report it, I got a message saying I have to pay the return costs myself. They’re scammers! Never ordering from them again.
