Lost my money and nobody replied

I made an order and i pay the money , and then got an email saying that i need to verify with an id ! And i try to contacted the support to tell them that i dont want to share my personal information but nobody replied , and the whole support is only AI !!! And the Ai said in order to process the refund, i should verify with an id card ! What a nonsense!

I don’t advise anybody to buy from them ! You will lose your money for nothing !
