Not good you speak to a bot human…

Not good you speak to a bot human interaction is like 3 days if that can't get three reception and calls cut off and you can't hear the person at the other end do not recommend

Transfer from EE for three family…

Transfer from EE for three family member phones was seamless. Prices and benefits were fantastice compared to what EE were offering. Signal is sometimes a bit of a hit and miss but overall happy that I moved to Smarty.

Overall good value

At home in the UK, the mobile signal is very poor, so can't use my mobile very often, when in Europe, the mobile signal is great, but sometimes I can't get on to data roaming which can be frustrating Compared to other providers Smarty is very good value for money.

No connection

When I visit my family in Poland or Spain, I get zero connection. The next time, I purchased extra data for use in the EU, but it didn’t work at all. I tried to activate it again, but it still wouldn’t work. After returning home, I tried to get a refund, but I didn’t receive any money back.
When I travel to London, I often have no connection. Sometimes I have hospital appointments and need data to order an Uber, but I get no signal even when I’m outside the hospital. I’ve tried turning airplane mode on and off and restarting my phone, but nothing works. The last time this happened, it was cold and I was standing outside with my 3-month-old baby, desperately trying to get a connection so I could order an Uber from the hospital.

I originally checked the box NOT TO automatically renew my monthly plan and you obviously took NO notice of that . Extremely annoying!
