The delivery and service is a joke
I bought this watch and paid extra for quick delivery and I am still waiting i paid 8.99 for the delivery so it would come in two days as I would be off work I contacted them still no reply woucher has contacted them on my behalf and I still haven't heard anything or received updated on the delivery or watch it is total joke I have asked for refund and be told to wait for a reply from the merchant it has5 days past still no delivery and heard nothing
Appalling Returns and Refund Policy
I asked to return an item for refund after I had initially stated replacement. They sent a replacement even though I had twice reverted the initial decision. I sent the 1st item back by tracked and then also the 2nd one back by tracked at a total cost of £18 to myself. I am still waiting for a refund after several emails since the dispute started in the 4 July. Also the final communication stated the refund would be provided within 14 days. I’m now running at a 35day + wait time for the refund and have had no reply to my latest mails.

Poor service if you need an exchange
Product great, dispatch great but the sizing instructions are not fit for purpose and if you order the wrong size and need an exchange ( having literally just opened the box and nothing else) they take £15 off you as a replenishment fee. Then take 14 days to process before sending the replacement. Also have to organise return through courier yourself too. Product is great but this company are not worth the hassle if you need help, they are not quick to reply. Shame as they have a few other items I quite like which I might have purchased but this experience has put me off totally, I'll not buy anything else from them. Can't be bothered with the hassle of returning goods I needed exchanging ( so they've won on this occasion), I'll eBay item instead and take the hit. My lesson learned.

Avoid Smart Rings
Smart ring arrived from this company. Not one of the cheapest but also not one of the most expensive either.
Product failed as it counted 5000 steps whilst I was sitting at my desk typing so it must pick up wrist movement.
I am ok with a failed device providing the supplier will allow a refund. I am now on my 4th email to the company to which they want pictures of the product intact and of course i will need to return at a cost to me being:
Restocking Fees:
- Sealed, unused: £0
- Opened, packaging intact: £7
- Packaging removed: £12
- Packaging damaged: £15
I imagine they are going to tell me that this is going to cost £15 as a charge (even though the product is faulty). Then I guess I will need to pay postage or other fees. We will see.... if I ever get a straight answer.

Smartwatch for Less Has an Absurd Returns Policy
I bought a smart ring from Smartwatch for Less, only to find it was the wrong size—something I couldn't know without opening the box. When I tried to return it, I discovered their return process is a complete scam.
First, they hit you with a hefty "replenishment fee" just for sending an item back, even if it's in perfect, new condition. It's a blatant cash grab and a terrible policy for a product you have to open to even test for fit.
Adding to the frustration, they don't provide a return label. You have to pay to ship it back yourself, which only further reduces the small refund you'll get after their ridiculous fee.
On top of all that, they make you jump through pointless hoops to qualify for a return. It's a time-wasting, frustrating process designed to make you give up.
Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable retailer. The low prices at Smartwatch for Less are not worth the headache and cost of their absurd return policy.

I was initially fairly happy with the Smart Ring 2 but it started going wrong 34 days after purchase
Because it was just over the 30 day guarantee,they simply would not refund me.
I lost faith in the product going wrong so soon,but a credit note for another smart ring was all they are prepared to do.
This is a budget item & I really should have bought better quality first time round !!
